If a certain food is not among those specified ones which contains salicylates, can I assume that it is safe to eat?
Do not make an assumption that if a particular food is not among the aforementioned foods found out to contain salicylates, it is now safe to eat. If that food does not appear in the list, it just manifests that it is not yet tested for salicylate content and must be treated with utmost attention.
